With a crew of 6 maximum and guided by an experienced instructor, friendly fun is guaranteed on Team Spirit, VMG+ school’s 10-metre sports yacht! Jacques teaches the basics of sailing in an intense, practical and fun way! Feel the wind, learn all the safety rules on board take the helm, adjust the sails, interpret a weather report, tack, collect a buoy and more. You will gradually gain confidence and become autonomous!
This programme of 4 half-day sessions is for people wanting to learn to sail with a crew so they can rent or buy a sailboat. This course trains you to be a "competent team member". Open to beginners or people who already have a few basic notions on a dinghy.
What to bring:
Clothes that can get a little wet
Warm waterproof jacket or K-way (depending on the weather)
Sun protection (glasses, sunscreen, hat)
Closed shoes recommended
Water bottle
