Maryse Vidoire raises 50 cattle on her 80 ha property. She also grows seasonal vegetables (onions, carrots, dried beans and garlic) and is well known for her sweet and savoury preparations: jellies, banana jams, papaya, orange, passion fruit, fig, Malabar plum, raspberry, mango, potato, pumpkin, coconut, syrups and pickles.
