Set in a small street in Vallée des Colons, this small, family-run restaurant is like a home from home. With just a few tables, it feels welcoming and cosy. Make sure you book in advance at Le Relais de la Vallée! The traditional French cuisine is excellent and includes foie gras, “andouillettes de Troyes”, veal stew and escargots. The menu isn't extensive, as the chef puts quality before quantity. Everything here is freshly prepared in-house and the portions are generous, from the starters to the desserts. A new specials menu is available every week. The restaurant also offers a lunchtime takeaway service from Monday to Friday.
