Lac en Huit is one of the two lakes that make up the Plaine des Lacs de Yaté - a wetland and marshy area recognised by the Ramsar Convention. Head to the Netcha slopes to discover Lac en Huit!
The Ramsar Convention is an international treaty on the conservation and sustainable management of wetlands. It has recognised the Lac en Huit (and by extension the Plaine des Lacs de Yaté) as a Ramsar wetland.

To get there by car, you have to go past the Chutes de la Madeleine. Then, after the small bridge, take the Col de la Capture on the left and follow the track for about 20 minutes (by car). The head for the start of Netcha tracks 4 and 6. You can leave your vehicle in the "Sentier...
