The coastal festival is often held in early December in the small tribe of Eni in the Medu district. Also known as laxec, it's here that every year fishermen and seafaring clans from the south gather to show off their many seafood products.
From snapper to "Wabebulu" parrotfish, lobster, shellfish and sea urchins, the market stalls are packed with fresh seafood. You'll also have the chance to savour them at the many food stalls around the site.
