La Ferme d'Erambéré is a family and agricultural adventure built on the love of beekeeping and the desire to perpetuate the father's savoir-faire. The area of about twenty hectares offers both the sale of farm products, visits to the farm, lodging and the table d'hôtes for guests sleeping on site. The menus are made with care and take into account the season. Jean-Luc and Jocelyne also make it a point of honour to cook using produce from their farm and neighbouring farms. Tuna with mango, forest chicken, aubergines with their own honey make up a resolutely New Caledonian menu. As for the setting, the forests of niaoulis, tree ferns and endemic palm trees of the low mountains immerse the visitor in the typical nature of the region.
