From the Nouméa ferry terminal, take a Hop On Hop Off bus across Nouméa in a double-decker bus, the second of which is convertible.
You'll then have to take a taxi boat to the îlot Maître. There's the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel and its bungalows, the hotel restaurant and bar for a bite to eat, and a water sports centre where you can hire kayaks, stand-up paddles, jet skis and lots of other fun equipment. You can also relax on the white sand and admire the surrounding lagoon.
