Go scuba diving on the Isle of Pines and discover the coral and sea creatures living in the passes, reef drop-offs, shallows and caves!

Kunie Scuba Center is located on the north-west of the Isle of Pines in Ouaméo Bay, adjacent to Hôtel Kodjeue. It opened its doors almost 45 years ago and is the only establishment with permission to dive in Gadji Bay. There are 16 nearby dive sites housing pygmy seahorses, sea slugs and leopard sharks (its emblem). You can also take a cave dive in the Grotte de la Troisième (3rd cave) or go on a night dive.

Whether you want to learn to dive for the first time or are an independent diver, Pierre-Emmanuel and his qualified team of instructors will take good care of you. The instructors know the area inside out. They speak several different languages, including Japanese. The club also takes part in coral reef monitoring activities.

The center offers a shuttle service from nearby hotels. This establishment won the 2020 Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award.
