After a career as an entrepreneur, Lydia returned to her childhood lands and decided to fulfil an old dream with her husband: to open a table d'hôtes.
The couple offers dishes cooked according to New Caledonian tradition: local products prepared on the basis of French cuisine, embellished with the flavours of all the ethnic groups living in New Caledonia, all simmered for a long time according to the tradition of everyone’s grandmothers.
