Nengone Village Hotel

On Kawe beach, Maré's only three-star hotel offers twenty bungalows a villa and three top-range suites, right on the sand. Its restaurant, very popular and with good variety, is open every day of the week for lunch and dinner. There are many free activities. There is also a minibus tour of the island.

*Booking confirmed by credit card number. Deposit will be retained in case of late cancellation less than 72 hrs before arrival (applicable public price for 1 night). Day Use (9 am-5pm): Price per night; Early check-in (from 10 a.m.) and Late check-out (until 1 p.m.): 50% of the night.

Reservation policy:
Customers must confirm their reservation by paying a deposit by cheque or credit card equivalent to :

- 30% of the total amount for a stay of 3 nights or more,
- 50% of the total for a stay of less than 3 nights, and
- 100% of the total amount for a 1-night stay.

In the absence of payment, the establishment does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of the reserved rooms.

Cancellation/modification policy :

Total cancellation: Changing the date of your stay is considered a total cancellation and will give rise to the application of the cancellation conditions.

- Up to 14 days before the start of your stay, whatever the reason, your deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 14 days and 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained, equivalent to the cost of one night's stay,
- After this period, the reservation becomes a "no-show" (service ordered not cancelled or cancelled within 24 hours of arrival), and you will be asked to pay the full amount of your stay.

In the event of force majeure (accident, death, medical reasons, etc.), the hotel will refund the deposit on presentation of proof.

Partial cancellation: In the case of a shortened stay, a postponed arrival date, a change in the number of people or any other event modifying the original reservation contract, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed or deducted from the invoice, as it constitutes a means of cancellation. The balance of the stay initially booked will be requested.
